Almond Joys 🥥

Coconut Filling:

- 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes

- 3 tbs maple syrup

- 2 tbs liquefied coconut oil

Chocolate Magic Sauce:

- 2 scoops Chocolate Magic

- 1/4 cup melted cacao butter

- 6 tbs cacao powder

- 4 tbs maple syrup

- plant mylk of choice

Topping:

-1 almond each minibar

DIRECTIONS:

1. Food process all filling ingredients till well mixed and uniform. The mix will be wet & sticky.

2. Shape the filling into six mini rectangles. Freeze for 20 minutes.

3. Melt the cacao butter, then whisk in the rest of Chocolate Magic Sauce ingredients. Add plant mylk as needed, creating liquid consistency.

4. Take each minibar and dip it into the magic sauce. Return them to the freezer for 10-15 minutes, or until one coating has set. Option to repeat the process so that each minibar has a double choco magic coat!

5. Press one almond on top of each minibar. Return them to the freezer for 1 hour to let them set.

Magic Snickers

nougat crust:

1 cup oat flour

2 tbs maple syrup

2 tbs liquid coconut oil

caramel:

1/2 cup soaked dates (dates and water)

6 tbs peanut butter

2 tbs liquid coconut oil

chocolate sauce:

1 scoop chocolate magic

1 tbs maple syrup

1/2 tbs liquid coconut oil

3 tbs water & optional 2 tbs cacao powder

Directions

1. Food process all nougat crust ingredients. Pack down tight in small Tupperware.

2. Food process all caramel ingredients. Layer on top of the nougat crust.

3. Mix chocolate sauce ingredients in a bowl. Layer chocolate sauce on top of the caramel.

4. Freeze for 6+ hours. Makes 4 Snickers bars.

Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut Butter Filling:

- 1.5 cups oats

- 2 tbs maple syrup

- 2 tbs liquefied coconut oil

-1/2 cup peanut butter

Chocolate Magic Sauce:

- 1 scoop Chocolate Magic

- 1-2 tbs maple syrup (depends on how sweet you prefer!)

- 1 tbs cacao

- 2 tbs liquified coconut oil (add more if necessary)

DIRECTIONS:

- Food process oats into flour, then add the rest of the peanut butter filling ingredients. Process until smooth.

- Make 6 flat, circular rounds and freeze for 20 minutes.

- Mix all Chocolate Magic sauce ingredients together.

- Once rounds are solid enough, coat with Chocolate Magic sauce.

- Freeze for 30 minutes

- Store in the freezer.
